Plan #2550 ~ The Vinton ~ Front Elevation

Modifications Carole made to the Vinton, #2550:

  1. Carole reworked the kitchen to make it more spacious and give it a more efficient work area. She relocated the stairs to further open up the kitchen. She added a 3-way fireplace to add ambience in the eating area.
  2. She redesigned the rear foyer to include a drop zone, lockers and storage.
  3. She removed the formal dining room to create a larger laundry room with a sink, broom closet and lots of cabinets and counter space for hobbies.
  4. She enlarged the master bath, incorporating an angled whirlpool and spa shower.
  5. She transformed the den wing into a guest suite with a private bath. A powder bath was added for public use.
