1. OPEN UP THE KITCHEN AND BREAKFAST AREA by removing a family room wall, redesigning the cabinet and counter space, reconfiguring the island and
stretching the breakfast area 4 feet to the rear.
2. CREATE A MORE DESIRABLE MASTER BATH by relocating the toilet behind a pocket door, redesigning the vanity with a curved-front, and including a
luxurious spa shower.
3. RECONFIGURE THE LAUNDRY ROOM by stretching it 2 feet to the front, and providing new storage space along with a storage bench beneath the window.
4. FREE UP FLOOR AND WALL SPACE IN THE FAMILY ROOM by building in T.V. space above the fireplace.
