1. FRENCH DOORS: Replace the windows in the Eating Area with French doors leading out onto the covered patio. Replace the current patio
door with a window.
2. POCKET OFFICE: Reappoint the reading alcove into a pocket office, with bi-fold doors and proper electrical outlets.
3. ENLARGE GARAGE: Add a third-car garage with an expanded storage/workbench area, plus a door to the back yard.
4. CREATE A WINDOW: Replace the outside door in the master bedroom with a window.
5. ENLARGE LAUNDARY: Enlarge the laundry room to include a utility sink and more counters and cabinets for crafts and a gift wrapping area.
6. RELOCATE OVEN: Relocate the oven and microwave to where the pantry was originally located.
7. LARGER PANTRY: Create a larger pantry where the oven and microwave had been.
8. ENCLOSE: Enclose the master shower and toilet.
