- Enlarge Kitchen - stretch side of house
to line up with garage, opening up kitchen and breakfast
area
- Center Island - remove peninsula and
create a large geometric shape island with secondary prep
sink, snack bar and lots of storage.
- Entrance from garage - enter into a
mud room with lockers, drop zone and large closet with storage.
This entrance allows laundry room to be separated behind
a pocket door.
- Playroom/Study - The 2nd bedroom upstairs
was opened up to create a playroom for small children or
a media/study room for teens.
- Separate bath - Each secondary bedroom
has a private bath. The
closet space from adjacent bedroom was absorbed to create
the space for a 1/2 bath.
